Cities Official Addresses Luncheon
Our guest speaker for the February general luncheon was Stan Finkelstein, Executive Director of the Association of Washington Cities. In his presentation Stan discussed the potential incorporation of Freeland and Key elements of the incorporation process, including the pros and cons, the technical process, and the transition to becomeing a "full service" city.
